Chairman, Vistaar Realties

A true pioneer in the real estate industry, Pramod Khairnar brings over 35 years of experience and unmatched expertise to Vistaar Realties. A Civil Engineer by qualification, he began his journey in 1991 by founding Marathwada Constructions in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar—a name that has since become synonymous with quality, trust, and consistency in the region.

Pratik Khairnar

Managing Director, Vistaar Realties

With a strong foundation in both technical knowledge and visionary thinking, Pratik Khairnar represents the new-age leadership at Vistaar Realties. A Civil Engineer from Sinhgad College of Engineering, and a Master’s degree holder in Building Construction from the prestigious Georgia Tech, Atlanta, Pratik brings global exposure and modern thinking to Vistaar’s legacy.

Establishment of Marathwada Constructions Pvt. Ltd.
Laid the foundation for a trusted name in real estate with a vision to deliver quality homes in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

1992

Launch of ShriHari Apartment

Completion of AgeArcade

Hari Sai Park – A Landmark Township

Birth of Vistaar Realties
